WATCH: Prisoner Rehabilitation and Punishment

Having already spoken in the second reading of the Sentencing Bill, I attended the committee of the whole house where amendments are discussed. I highlighted to the opposition that it is important for both punishment and rehabilitation to go hand in hand where possible.
