Gateway One Topping Out

I was delighted to join Mayor Ros Jones, Dan Fell from Doncaster Chamber, Mark Taylor from Automated Analytics, Chris Yates from Willmott Dixon and others for the topping-out ceremony for the Gateway One development.

The five-storey digital tech hub, located on Trafford Way adjacent to Doncaster Rail Station, has now reached the stage where the overall structure has been completed, with the building having been constructed to its highest point. The building is set to be completed in early 2027 and will be home to Doncaster’s own Automated Analytics and other tech firms, bringing more high-skill jobs to Doncaster.
