Vaisakhi Celebrations

A real honour to take part in the parade for the Sikh festival of Vaisakhi in the centre of Doncaster today, followed by festivities at Sir Nigel Gresley Square.

Vaisakhi is a major Sikh festival commemorating the founding of the Khalsa in 1699 and it is fantastic to see this celebrated in our city to bring communities together.
