Dashain & Dipawali 2025

A wonderful event last night with the British Gurkha and Nepalese community of Doncaster celebrating Dashain & Dipawali.

Dashain, is a grand ten-day event in Nepal that commemorates the victory of good over evil. It is a time for family reunions, festivities , and religious rituals. It was a real honour to be invited to celebrate along with the community in Doncaster who bring so much to our city.
