National Literacy Trust’s Competition at Woodfield Primary

Alongside Ed Miliband, I visited Woodfield Primary School to present Anu with her prize for the fantastic letter she submitted as part of the National Literacy Trust’s competition.

Children from schools across Doncaster were invited to write to Ed Miliband as Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero about climate change and the environment. I was delighted that out of hundreds of letters, the winner was from Woodfield Primary in my constituency. Thank you to everyone who took part and to the schools across Doncaster for supporting the competition.
